Field to folk Garden

Really happy to say that we've been working hard all winter on our one acre organic no dig garden. Work started out in Autumn last year putting up our polytunnel and building beds and now we are about to sow our first heritage seeds!

Our main a here is to create a sustainable framework for all our catering and events. We will have first class organic veg to use for our catering whilst also composting all our waste so that it can go back into the soil and provide nutrients regenerating the land.

We just can't wait to see what we can grow this year!
